1. The Collection of Information.
As an online registration and corporate compliance service platform, the collection of personal information is necessitated by the requirements of both the Australian Government’s regulatory authorities and the provision of our products. You may be asked to supply personal details such as an individual’s full name, date of birth, Tax File Number, residential address, telephone number and email address in any of our application forms or in the creation of your EvolutionLive account.* By entering this information you are authorising the transmission of this information to regulatory authorities such as ASIC and the ATO.
An EvolutionLive representative may contact you via email or telephone to request any personal information that is absent from your applications. This communication will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will solely be used for the purpose of the service you have selected.
2. How your information is Used.
The EvolutionLive platform delivers many of services that require expedited and streamlined communications with regulatory authorities. By entering your information into the relevant applications you are consenting to its transmission to the appropriate government body or service provider. We do not issue your personal and contact information to additional secondary companies for marketing or advertising purposes.
We may contact you with reminders about unfinished applications and with renewal notices for such products as domain names and business name registrations. This is a courtesy and, if no longer desired, please contact our customer service team to unsubscribe you from any further notifications.
3. Storage and security of personal details.
EvolutionLive takes great measures to ensure that your personal details and records are safely stored and inaccessible to anyone outside of our organisation. Our staff are vigilantly trained to maintain the confidentiality of your information and utilise it solely for the business purpose for which the details were supplied.
We do not keep a record of credit card details for future use on the EvolutionLive databases. Should you elect to save your details with a payment gateway or portal, the privacy of your transactions is subject to the the policies of the holder of the payment information.
We require upfront payment of all service fees. We will never issue an invoice for future payment.
We take online payment fraud very seriously. If any suspicious activity is recognised or inferred you may be asked to verify your identity by providing extra identification documents for the cardholder or by accepting a phone call to validate the payment. Failure to comply with this process will result in you be disallowed from using our services.
5. Accessing and updating personal information
When you create an EvolutionLive account you will be asked to provide some personal and contact information including but not limited to, your full name, street address, telephone number, email address and your organisation’s name and ABN. If any of this information changes, you can edit some features via your account page. For anything you cannot edit, please email our customer support team with the updated information - email@example.com
If you would like to update your official records with ASIC or the ATO you will need to make arrangements yourself by submitting the relevant form or creating your own account with ASIC Connect, as an example. Any changes to personal details you lodge with us will not be automatically transferred to the government databases. It is your responsibility to contact the relevant body with updated information.
By engaging our online platform you are permitting EvolutionLive to communicate your personal information with the Australian Government’s regulatory authorities and any of our product service providers. It will be disclosed solely for the purpose you supplied it and will not be offered for outside marketing and advertising reasons.
We are obliged to uphold our legal duties and may be requested by a court, tribunal, subpoena or police investigation to transfer relevant details.
7. Links to Secondary Websites
We do include periodic links to other websites throughout our platform. These are intended to assist and enhance your experience. We cannot ensure the safety and security of these websites as we do not control them. We take no responsibility for their practices and strongly suggest that you familiarise yourself with the privacy policies of other websites prior to the submission of sensitive personal information.
Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by your web browser. These cookies allow you to be identified each time you visit the EvolutionLive platform to assist us with tailoring an optimal service to your needs. They do not transmit any personal information, merely enable us to understand what you are trying to achieve, for example by showing whether you have previously visited our website. In most cases, you browser will automatically allow cookies. Should you not wish your browser to accept cookies, it is possible to alter your settings to that effect. Please be aware that without the acceptance of cookies you may not be able to access and take advantage of all features on our website.
